I finally upgrading my Xbox. Should I get 2k25 for ~$17? Or do you think it’s coming to Game Pass soon? Or just wait for 2k27?

I played a lot of 2k23 but not so much once everyone migrated to 2k25. I don’t know if it’s worth it at this point when a new one should be 7-9 months away. And I have a feeling if I buy it now, it’ll be on Game Pass soon after because that’s my luck 😂

Do we actually know what the new game will be? A remake, reboot, remaster, etc.?

I’d be totally into it whatever it ends up being, but I’m curious what is confirmed about what to expect. I can’t seem to find anything because most outlets are jumping straight to calling it a remake, but I don’t know how you can be so sure with how little we saw.

I supposed you can rule out “remaster” considering it looks like a totally different art style and whatnot, but I’m not completely in tune with what the proper terminologies mean.

I personally expect it to feel closer to a new game rather than a modern version of the first one. Perhaps different map layouts, gameplay elements, slightly altered story, etc. My thought is maybe like 85% true to the original with a 15% difference to capture a newer audience with modern mechanics. I just don’t see a world in which their sole intent is to update the game 1:1.

So do we actually know what to expect? What are your thoughts or what are you hoping for? Again, I’m super excited for this regardless.

I’m sorry I don’t know much about cars, but after being stopped at a red light or stop sign, it’s kind of like “slow…slow…ACCELERATE” I used to have a GTI and it was basically the same way from what I remember.

What is that exactly? I’m not a fan and I’d prefer the amount I push the pedal be reflected in the motion of the car.

I believe it’s normal, but is there something that can be done to mitigate that? Some sort of tuning or something?

There is a used 2025 hybrid sport that’s far away. I’m interested but have never driven one. There are zero within hundreds of miles so I’m curious how similar it’d be to a 2023, 2024 or a 2026, or perhaps even a different model all together.

Any help is appreciated
