21M living alone in Tier 2 city, looking for budgeting advice and rationale

Monthly take home is about $6,600. Rent including utilities is $2,000 - $2,200. I have around $19k in student loans, plus $800 that I want to be given to my parents for financial assistance. Basically I just want some ideas on how I should visualize my budget, what categories should be prioritized and the weightings for each bucket.

My roth IRA is maxed for the year, I'm still on my mom's health insurance so I don't have an HSA, receive no 401k match (ass) and I am prohibited from trading individual securities for work. I also have about $13k in money market currently as my emergency fund (how much should this expand to for a 6 month buffer?). Thanks.

[Suggestion] Looking for insight on a PC on FB marketplace

Looking into this PC I saw on FB marketplace listed for $1500:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
MB: Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro AX
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB C16 3600MHz
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Eagle OC
SSD: 2 TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus
PSU: Corsair SF850
Case: Fractal Terra (Jade)
Comes with OS and original boxes for mobo and gpu.

I understand there's probably some premium here due to everything being SFF but putting that aside is this a good price to performance ratio given the current state of component pricing? I'm planning on offering $130 and going from there.

My main use case will be 1440p gaming, open to using upscaling and maybe some local AI models just to play around with (Gemma). Would appreciate any insight.
