Wiring up AiM logger to 2022 BRZ CAN bus?
I've got a 2022 BRZ that I'm slowly turning into a mostly-track-use car, but still keeping it street legal for a couple more years. I want to drop an AiM data logger on it (Solo 2 DL or SmartyCam4 Corsa) to capture as much of the ECU data as possible off the CAN bus.
I've read a few places where folks have had problems getting good high-frequency ECU data channels from the standard OBD port, and some have alluded to accessing the CAN bus either through a port on the steering column or an "options" OBD port behind the radio that apparently provides access to the full CAN channel set.
Anyone messed with wiring up the Twins' CAN to an AiM data logger? Suggestions, hints, tricks, tips, etc much appreciated!
