This should be scam Turkish Airlines - "codesharing"

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice regarding a codeshare issue. I recently booked a flight to Split directly through Turkish Airlines. I intentionally chose them because I wanted their standard onboard service and meal quality, even though the ticket cost an extra $100 compared to other options.

It turns out the flight is fully operated by Croatia Airlines. There was zero indication or warning anywhere on the booking screen before I completed the purchase that this was a codeshare flight.

Since this critical detail was completely hidden until after payment, I feel misled and want to claim a refund for the price difference. I'm honestly willing to take this to consumer court over the lack of transparency. Has anyone here ever been in a similar situation with a marketing carrier and managed to get a partial refund or compensation? Thanks!

Note: Skyscanner shows details but Turkish Airlines not! I directly bought this ticket through the Turkish Airlines web page....

Skyscanner shows the information

For Turkish Airlines, you need to check the \"details of the travel\" section
