I have been skin picking since age 2. I joined OSPA (obsessive skin pickers anonymous), and it’s been the only thing to relieve me from compulsive skin picking behavior (after trying absolutely every other “solution” out there). It’s a little-known fellowship, so thought I would post here in case anyone hasn’t heard of it. Not promotion, just want to share my experience and hopefully it can be helpful to anyone still struggling.
