Need Advice

So end of this month kailangan ko na bumalik sa endo ko, I'm type 2 diabetic and I had my doctor guide me to this tirze journey although, ang ini-insist nya sa akin ay Mounjaro, I have looked into it and I just really can't afford as it's super pricey, what should I tell my doctor? She knows that I started using compounded tirze but she gave me three months to use it, until then she insist i should use mounjaro.

Got more irritable and impatient

I'm on my fifth week of 2.5mg tirze, my starting weight is 75.25kg and this morning my weight is 71.5kg, but I noticed that the more I lose weight, the more I became irritable and impatient, I know because I'm a very patient person and a very understanding one, has anyone experienced this?

Tips Please

I injected my second dose of tirz last saturday (2.5mg) 10 units. Now this is my second day of having stomach issues and it happens at night making me not sleep properly, diarrhea, stomach churning and burping with fruity taste, I almost wanted to go to ER because I'm just too tired. Any tips on how to avoid these stomach issues moving forward?

EDIT: Stomach issue I currently had are diarrhea, stomach churning and burping with fruity taste and sometimes I vomit. This has been happening for 2 nights in row now, praying I get to sleep well tonight.
