Strange corner angles

I planned to tearaway the edge of this ceiling but ran into this corner. How should i close this gap? See pictures. If i put a small l trim in there i dont have space to mud it or sand. Please advise.

On this cathedral ceiling I'm at the point point of fathering the joints out, there is stright flex in the peak and the joints that interest with it are butt joints not factory. Do i feather the peak like normal then the butt joints?

When I cut around this window it took some paper off. Will green lid mud for the corner bead cause problems? Should first hit it with hot mud?

I have a area 1.5 in deep, 14 ft wide, 2 in tall of space between drywall and 12x6 beam. How important is it I insulate this area?

Shims on drywall return on windows.

Would be ok to fill this void with spray foam, the low expansion version?

Do I need screws in between the rafters?

On this cathedral ceiling the rafters are 16in apart and one side is a little lower then the other it seems because the drywall on the left side is lower, I got the corner bead that's 3 in wide and some type of composite material. If its not in the center of the beam its going to bother me. How should I handle this besides setting everything on fire?

Noticed these lights get very hot, should I be removing the paper behind the light?

Is this a bad design? The top is removable, it's going under asphalt shingles, I think if it rains hard, water can go over that lip. Please advise.

My sheets are 4x8 ft, on this wall can I put a long 8ft piece along the top, cut to above the windows, then same thing for the bottom and add pieces between the windows? What is standard practice?
