Post kideny transplant, Stomach issues

Hello, i am 28M.. 4 yrs post kidney transplant... I have stomach related discomfort, abdominal pain before transplant and after transplant it became worse..

It landed into gastric erosions.. My stomach became so sensitive that.. Only curd giving me comfort..

And if I hurt my stomach by eating spice... It effecting my kidney function a lot..

So I can't eat anything.. Just balnd vegetables with no oil and spices and yogurt and boiled rice and fruits..

I spoke with fellow transplants.. All are they doing well and eating what they like.. But i landed in this situation...After transplant.. With this stomach issue.. I never felt happie.

Right now iam using esemeprozole ppi only..

Anybody here like me.. If yes, How are you dealing with this and any suggestion also welcome..iam loosing hope.

I am about to marry the girl I love, but her brother is aggressive and not okay with our relationship

Hello all, My girlfriend (28F) and I (28M) have been in a relationship for the past 10 years. Recently, we both got jobs and decided to get married. Both our parents are supportive of the marriage.

However, her brother (25M) strongly opposes our relationship because of caste differences, as she belongs to an upper caste. Except for him, everyone else is okay with our marriage. Yesterday night, they both had a serious argument, and he became very aggressive. He physically assaulted her, slapped her, and used abusive language.

This behavior worries me because caste-based aggression can escalate to any extent. I think he may need counselling, I mean police counselling.

Whom should we approach after marriage for this kind of counselling or protection? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
