I am leaving for college in a month and I have gained so much weight its so bad, I feel like shit and Hate this with all my heart, I need to know about the subliminals that have previously worked for people , please help me out, I know 20kg sounds very unrealistic in a month but I want to lose as much weight as can
Side note I am on a calorie deficit

I do know that lex will eventually become the villain, but as of right now last episode of season 1, I actually like him, I also hate the fact that he’s always been misunderstood or hated on because of his father or his reputation , I am
not saying he’s a very kind character, its just that his backstory makes me want to empathise with him and understand why he will eventually take the bad turn (not justifying it), I wish there is a universe where lex didn’t become the villain and is still best friends with clark, ugh i know my opinion will change as I watch the entire show, but atm I like his character, also I was going through posts about lex and people say he was a creep because of said scenes in season 1 but to me it didn’t come off that way even when I replayed those scenes

Niki was left in an absolute mess at the end, which is a true reflection of how people in sexually abusive relationships feel. She was forced to do things against her will, and acts like urination and defecation were physical manifestations of a complete loss of bodily autonomy. It is sickening to see people label this as a cutesy "horror" movie or romanticize it. At its core, this movie is about sexual assault, and treating it as anything else is disturbing.

Honestly this just me thinking out loud, I find myself to be more emotionally aware and woke , the people I watch (on any socials) or the content that I consume none of my friends do, let alone a guy, also like I believe hands down that respect is above love, and there are some things guys do which are in someway or the other putting girls down but in a cutesy way so it looks like disrespect wrapped up in bows, also small stuff like getting comfortable way too easily, speaking casually, putting your own guards down like 2 seconds into the conversation, its all so off putting, atp I’d love for me to just clone myself into a guy, also omg
Ive seen so many girls who are absolutely so freaking gorgeous but not an ounce of ego, but if I talk to a guy who KNOWS he looks good omg the arrogance is crazy, I knew this guy who was openly misogynistic and had this “red pill” ideology where no matter how ass of a human you are , if you look good , you’re great. Absolute bs, I am not saying all men are the same, this is just my limited experience with desi men in general , ive never been in a relationship, been in 2 talking stages which lasted like what ?
