Program results

Despite your opinions on the show and how it's changed, how's your results with their programming been and how does it stack up with the other "proven" programs out there?

I worked out for years in the past, fell off when gyms shut for covid and just haven't been able to get back consistent until now. Since there's been about 500 different changes in "what's best" and since the mp programs are designed to be used as a progression, it seems like a good plan to just use them.

I was considering running anabolic(or possibly starting with 15 then going to anabolic) , aesthetic, anabolic advanced, symmetry, then powerlift as a good long term plan.

Anyone done something similar? Any changes I should make or programs I should swap/avoid?

Testing capsaicin cream

I've fairly bad PE forever but it started getting worse about 10 years ago when I went on trt.

I went from being able to sometimes control with start/stop but mostly busting in under a minute to I was struggling to keep it together long enough for a few strokes.

Now, I'm done upon insertion.

I've done all the kegals, stretching, start/stop, edging breathing etc and nothing has helped. I was taking ssri's for a while and those really really helped. I could pretty much decide when and if I got off but I didn't like how they made me feel day to day so I weaned off of those and after a few weeks I was back to "normal"

I started to notice just how sensitive my glans and frenulum were. Any touch causes involuntary kegels, and something as gentle as a direct lick during oral caused near pain. Essentially a post orgasm level of sensitivity.

I did some ready about desensitization of the glans and started to attempt some things. The easier was to just rub against my leg through the day to keep constant stimulus. I did this for several weeks and no change. Even flaccid, rubbing my glans along the side of my leg cause almost a pain level sensation. If I pushed through I'd have semi body convulsions because of the sensitivity.

After more reading I came across capsaicin cream. At this point I figured fuck it.

Got some 0.1% cream and put a very tiny bit all around my glans. I do mean a tiny bit. Instantly I felt it and for the next hour I was in pure hell. It didn't necessarily burn, it flat out hurt. Almost like I had my glans squished between two 45 pound plates. I was sweating and almost got nauseous a couple of times.

I could feel the nerve aching running down the shaft. I had to touch it with a cold pack every 30 seconds or so to relieve it.

Eventually it did subside and fade away after a little over 2 hours but the nerve was sore. Again, almost like I had squished my penis between weights. Later in the evening I decided to try rubbing my glands against my thigh as a test.

I could feel sensation, but I could handle it. There was no overwhelming feeling, body twitches, nothing.

The next morning was the same.

I actually ended up skipping day 2 because I didn't have a window to be able to dedicate if needed.

I just did second application on what I'll call day 3. Did a quick leg rub test to check sensitivity, then applied a similar small amount like on day one.

This time, it took well over a minute before I even began to feel anything. It actually had a burning sensation this time instead of just pain. I was able to handle it with only a few dabs of a cold pack at its peak. Other than that it was mildly irritable but completely manageable. The entire "process" was only about an hour this time.

A quick leg rub as a post check and the sensiity is dulled down to a very manageable level.

So far, so good in all honesty. Tomorrow I'll apply a tiny bit more and see how it's handled and also see how sex and/or masturbation goes.
