Do you place finishing line on filling when prepping for crowns?

Let’s say we’re prepping a lower molar crown and it has a deep proximal filling, one mm from the marginal bone. You have also done endo and build up the tooth.

When you prepp, how deep do you go on the wall with the deep proximal filling?

Prognosis for my endo!

Diagnosis: pulpitis. No periapical change.

I found 4 canals. Mb1 and mb2 joined. Was thorough with the instrumentation and irrigation. Like always.

Patient comes back after a month for the second visit, no pain at all. Can drink and eat like normal. I proceeded with the obturation. I was running late and I always use a lentulo spiral to make sure the sealer is evenly distributed for a successful obturation.

This time however, because I was late, I decided to skip the lentulo spiral. (I have colleagues that never use it and it turns out fine for them). I take an x ray and I’m immediately disappointed, especially by the palatal canal. It looks like there is a void between the root structure and the gutta percha.

Patient is coming back for a crown next week. Pain free.

My question is, will this endo last? Can I still crown the tooth? Been practicing for one year and I’d appreciate feedback from you guys’ experience.

How would you have treated attrition wear / fractures on these lower anterior teeth?

FKA Twigs tour flop in Copenhagen. From an Arena to a small venue!!

Just got this email. I think i’m gonna ask for a refund because for that price I expected a bigger production to be honest.

Upper maxillary first molar with only one root and one canal?

16: diagnosed with necrotic pulp. No periapical change.

Opened up the pulp chamber and noticed only one big canal. The x ray shows one root. Wondering how common cases like these are? Or am I missing canals?
