I still remeber when I joined this sub around a year back it had under ~400 members. Since then it has been a rollercoaster ride. So aparently a ot of people were interrsted in the idea of meetup before I asked for registration, but when I put up a process for it hardly anyone has shown interest. Still, I'm putting it out for one last time before calling it off as there seem a few genuinely interested people in attending: if you want to attend the meetup, please either fill out the registration form or send me a DM. Now. I'll pull up the form after 12:00 am midnight and then it will be called off formally.
Also, since there's not a huge crowd interested in attending I'm further simplifying the process of it. Filling the form is not a requirement now and those who are indeed interested to meet can DM me directly and we can decide the venue, activities, and all over a TG group. Then let's meet tomorrow evening 6pm.
The clock is ticking. And this is the final update from my end on this matter.
As per the vote of you guys on the last post, the date of our meetup is locked. We'll be coming together on the 12th of July, Sunday, 6 PM for an evening full of fun and chit-chat. Since this is the first time we're meeting up, the idea is to keep things light and get to know each other while still having a good time together.

The form requests a bit of your personal information like Mobile number and Address, but that is only for safety reasons and rest assured your information won't be shared with anyone.
The event venue is still not decided, and your inputs on that are welcome. Any good cafe, restaurant, or park, etc. that you feel can provide a good atmosphere for the event, please share its name in the comments, and we'll consider it.
Also, this may seem a bit unfair (and even shady), but I've kept a nominal fee of 100 INR for registration because:
For the sake of simplicity, I'll be collecting this payment myself on my personal UPI ID, but rest assured, I'll maintain full transparency for the money collected for this purpose. Every day, I'll make a post disclosing how much we have collected for the event and naming the people who have contributed. If anyone's name is skipped, you can mention that in the comment itself on that post. Once the event is complete, I'll also share the itemized invoice of expenses with all attendees.
And if there are not enough people willing to attend, rest assured I'll return everyone's contribution to their UPI IDs.

As you guys may be aware, one of our members came up with the idea of a meetup on 25th of June. But community members ultimately decided that it will be too soon to plan and organize at that point. So it was decided to later move it to 5th of July. However, on 5th of July I'm not going to be in town. I had suggested to OP that if he and a few other members can make it, they can go ahead and organize it. But the OP was kind enough to reschedule it for me.
So now we're locked on 2 possible dates: 11th of July or 12th of July. Whichever day suits to most of the members, we can organize it that day.

I don't know when was the last time I got so addicted to the music of a movie or a franchise. It has been six months and i have barely listened to the music of any other movie. First I was hooked to Dhurandhar Playlist and now it's Dhurandhar The Revenge Playlist.
