So astrocarto seems to have it in for both dream cities, CABA being the bigger one. Virgo ASC+PLUTO IC+STELLIUM 6TH HOUSE (mercury, lilith, uranus, neptune)+Saturn 9th. Two links here, mercury to asc, the whole 6th house in aquarius relating to saturn 9th due to signs. saturn 9th, it can either be racism or difficulties with bureaucracy or what else? theres venus 7 sure but its one thing in a sea of doubt. It doesnt have any real effect that far away?

A dream has always been to move to CABA, but I am not sure. Please need any help, should I let it go? Honestly?

Hello, thanks for reading the post. I've got a question regarding troubles with women, troubles with being social or the reality and facts of being asocial, never fitting in, having no experience, etc. So what makes it hard or so far impossible to work out? What does it really mean?

FIRST IS NATAL + SECOND IS RELOCATION
Then my other question is...if anyone knows how to do relocation readings, I have the theory and my own reading of it but if someone could help me with it, if they are willing to take a single look at a very curious PLUTO IC chart, that would be great.

I have many issues and questions here. I've done extensive research but own bias can't make up for research. My birth chart on image 2, should it even move anyways, mars both 4th and 9th? Why feel that? Because all the places that interest me be it travel or moving there are either negative, missing, or well my own astrocarto map feels like a waste, most lines I want to lead somewhere lead nowhere that's an option IF NOT lead to the literal ocean or nothing.

First off, I want to ask, at a glance what place seems good for career and for love/dating/an actual social/romantic/etc life?

Then, my interest in the souther cone, seems to not pay off at all. Argentina, BA, is heavily negative, Pluto IC close on Montevideo. Relocation chart to BA, moves saturn to 9th and pluto chiron to 4th, pluto right on IC the way mars usually is. The saturn and pluto aloen to me read as racism, rejection perhaps, or something like that. All on natal mercury 7 goes to 6th, venus 7th, other stuff. So my "dream" city isn't mean to be? What else is there? It's all empty, it seems useless.
