I notice a small amount of water remaining in this opening after pulling a shot. It drains out after a few minutes, and the gurgling sound stops. Is this normal for a Breville Barista Express

Why does the pressure gauge sometimes reach beyond the Espresso range and rise quickly, while other times it rises more slowly and doesn’t go past the Espresso range? Is this normal?

I got sometimes 40g, sometimes 37g, and today I only got about 29ml. My settings, coffee beans, and puck preparation process remain identical. Is this normal, or is there an issue with my Breville Barista Express machine?

Is it normal for Breville Barista Express to get 29 ml out sometimes and another times 39 ml out? I didn’t change anything literally! Is something wrong with the machine?

Is the dripping sound that occurs after the extraction and after the solenoid valve closes normal? It continues for about 5–10 minutes until the water trapped in the tube above the drip tray has completely drained. I’m using a Breville Barista Express.

Water remains trapped in the tube for a while. Breville Barista Express.

Is it normal for a small amount of water to remain trapped in the discharge tube for several minutes after extraction on the Breville Barista Express? This happens right after the solenoid valve clicks shut. The 'gurgling' sound continues for a few minutes until this trapped water finally drops out. The extraction itself is perfect, and the machine is performing excellently.

Does this “tapping sound” after pulling a shot normal?

I posted before but I didn’t clear my concern, I know it should drain water into a drip tray after pulling a shot or steaming milk, and it should make sounds, but my concern is I sometimes hear like a light Tapping sound as I tap with my nails on a surface during the drainage process. Please listen to this video. TIA .

I accidentally tried Altissio pod because I was out of double espresso pods , and it was such a solid shot!!
It’s bold enough to not need another shot, I always shake my espresso with ice and pour a dash of lactose free milk, then add my French Vanilla cold foam “l like Monin French Vanilla syrup“ , it was gooooddd !! 💜
