art offer! one light reference sheet :)

some samples to include work i've done for myself and for others. the sheet will be completed like a mix of slides (1) and (2) with a fullbody front and a chibi :^> ive included slides that just have my most complex design involvement for pieces to recent memory.

i'll be taking 1 request. comment with a text block description of your OC and your best head shot you've personally drawn OR a solid 9 image grid moodboard for the character. please only comment with OCs that you don't have a fullbody reference for yet :(

humanoid preferred, furry/mech/armour are fine but i am not experienced in them so the results are imperfect!

i will pick someone that strikes me at a glance in about 24 hours and then verify the instructions were followed... thank you all for the opportunity 😊

wanting to get back into some art. would like to trade with 1 person on a small sketch and colour :)

last photo is just my dog blepping after her last dental. :)

i'd like to pick someone in the next 5-6 hours, please comment with your OC you would say is most likely to be lactose intolerant (or whichever OC you just like best haha)

turnaround and art details i can discuss with the person after picking :)

thank you all!!

eta: i'll have to pick in the morning since i didnt realise the time. tyy!

ETA2: closed now <3 thank you

▲ 3 r/candy

looking for tums-like candy!

recently had some mint flavoured tums/calcium carb antacid chewable tablets and the texture is absolutely a new craving i cant get rid of. ive tried searching reddit and googling for some ideas and all of the recommended candies ive seen thus far come close, but arent perfectly matching the tums chalky texture i need

- buttermints melt away in the closest way, but the ingredients leave that (aptly) buttery texture behind that negate the feeling i crave from a good mint antacid tablet

- smarties are too hard and don't come in the classic mint flavour

- necco wafers, while i havent gotten my hands on to compare recently, but my historical experience with them is not melty enough and too thin/crunchy (more smarties category)

- bottlecaps are good thickness wise, but the melty and chalky texture are too variable between the caps. they also don't seem to come in mint versions

- candy cigarettes come super close and do come in mint, but also struggled with finding a brand that didnt have the unpredictability of some becoming harder than others

ive thought about getting some straight mint flavoured edible chalk, but havent looked into it much yet. it almost seems like edible chalk for pica is honestly just the same calcium carbonate as tums and the main reason to not snack on tums is to not OD on the compound when craving just a chalky, minty treat

any insight into this appreciated. i am US based so anything i can find within the states would be best, but am not opposed to trying to find imported candy if it fits the bit! TIA!

-- ETA:

here's a rating scale for some things i have tried today, even:

sweetarts: 7/10 - chalky but not minty. inconsistent in the chalkiness levels too
fun dip sticks: either 5/10 if they come out too hard or 9/10 when theyre the soft chalky exploding goodness, though they miss for the mint flavour
necco wafers: 5.5/10 too thin, couldnt get minty enough, not the right chalky
red bird peppermint candy puffs: 9.5/10, not the right mint flavour but the perfect texture and no buttermint, oily after-texture. if it would be identical to mint tums if it was tablet shaped!
