Hi im currently having scalp psoriasis , inverse psoriasis in groin area and , 2-3 very small patches on body (back and leg). I think right now psoriasis is not that much severe in me .
Pls tell what precautions i can take from now to keep it under control
Or shd i take biologics now only before it spreads.
Because i had only scalp psoriasis from past 1 year and i tool it lightly as i was having only 1 or 2 patches that time
But due to my breakup i drink everyday and smoked like anything in december and january. And now i got inverse and some body patches

Now from past one month i had only 2 beers and no smoking
Im trying to quit these for psoriasis
I need help in stopping psoriasis aa i dont want it to spread more

I hv been to few derm’s for my psoriasis. And i can see that they are not really caring about my concern all they are doing is talk for 2 mins and give some steroid creams
Im currently having scalp psoriasis and inverse psoriasis in groin area and i can see a small patch in my underarm and very small patch on back and i need some help i want to find a good derma. For this in hyderbad and also i want to please suggest a cream or something for my inverse paoriasis. Im having clobatesol but its strong steroid for groin area
