Hit with $530 duties/customs

Used firstpack20 and ended up getting hit with 25% premium right back for customs... ArenaClub support said they cant ship it back to the vault either, said theres a chance customs dispose it if i refuse to pay.

Take the offer or Ship it?

According to card ladder + 130 point the last solds are $2900 (accepted best offer) and $3000 (auction), with a random outlier of $3800 (accepted best offer) on 04/29.

Wanting to ship it but I am a bit worried about the scratch on the bottom (backside edge). Unsure if its on the card or slab itself. It is an old cert afterall.
