What in the Indiana Jones did I find today?
This is for sure modern right? I don't know anything about this stuff. Posting it here so I don't get laughed out of an anthropology group.

I stopped into a thrift store on my way through Oklahoma City this weekend, and found this gorgeous painting. It's about 30"x40" appears to be painted on burlap coated with gesso or something(?). It has a very DIY feel to it. I SCOURED it looking for a signature, and the closest think I could find was the horizontal line in the lower right corner. It looks like oil pastel pencil, or charcoal pencil or something.
On the back, there are faint remnants of a large blue "#1" or maybe "#12".
What can the community tell me about the age, art style, canvas construction, artist ID (unrealistic, I know), etc.I want to ask the OKC subreddit if they recognize the bridge, but I don't have enough karma to post there.
