This is my first time using this app and I’m not sure what to do in this situation. I purchased a large picture frame with the intention of turning it into a sign for my wedding in October. It arrived today and the glass was completely shattered. I have no doubt this happened at some point during transit.

I absolutely love the frame and want to keep it. Is it possible to just have the shipping cost refunded, and if so how?

EDIT: I meant to also add that if I keep the frame, I am going to have to purchase a replacement glass pane from a local glass cutting business.

wedding venue recommendations

my fiance and i were planning on getting married sometime next year, but their mom has volunteered to foot the bill for everything/most things if we get married this year. i’ve been looking at venues recently and i’m at a loss.

does anyone have any recommendations for a small (50 people or less) outdoor ceremony?

one i have really taken a liking to is majestic pines in newcastle. can anyone who has used this venue tell me about your experience there?

edit: i thought i put this in, my apologies! i am looking for somewhere inexpensive. i think the absolute most i would feel okay spending on a venue (whether or not i am paying) is about $3k
