Does anyone here know if you are allowed to use a copy trader (ex. TradeSyncer) in order to copy trade FROM an Apex account INTO another firm’s account?

In this scenario, Apex would the lead account, and the other firm’s account(s) would be the follower(s).

Does anyone know if this is permitted by Apex? I understand that it is feasible using TradeSyncer, but I’d hate to go down that path and be denied a payout by Apex for that reason.
