I have a 2nd hand deal for i20 Sportz IVT 2026 Model in Bangalore.

The car is lookin' in pretty new like condition
And the offer price is 9L. Is this a fair deal? Or is there a scope to negotiate further. Confused if I have to proceed with this or Get a new one altogether. Any inputs or suggestions would be appreciated.

I recently received an offer from JPMC for a Quant Analytics Associate role - CCB. They offered me a 30% Hike, I have close to 3.5yrs of experience.
Now, it's time for me to take a decision. Eventhough I'm excited about the offer, the same time I'm anxious about the WLB, reading multiple threads on reddit.
Can anyone working in CCB help me in understanding what I can expect and how the Learning curve would be as this is the main driver for me to move out of Citi given my current WLB at Citi is manageable.
2 weeks back I completed interview round with ED and Last week I had a HR connect, where the HR congratulated on getting selected and that the verbal confirmation on the package will be done in the next 2 days. After that I got a mail asking to provide Aadhaar and PAN to keep the application moving, and I submitted my details.
Now, it's been more than 4 working days since the HR connect, and I haven't received any call back as promised. Should I keep waiting or should I follow up? Can I be hopeful for an offer confirmation and what are the chances that I am being ghosted?
