If blood comes out when you pull the needle away does that mean some medication also came out too? I injected a little over 7 units of Bimix but this time I did it while erect and wearing a ring. As soon as I pull the needle away some blood oozed out. That was way more than before so I took the ring off. I’m quite sure i didn’t hit a vein. I put the alcohol swab with pressure and it stopped bleeding and I stimulated to see if the medicine works but not yet. I’ll try maybe 9 units in a couple days.

Did you experience soreness in your chest muscles when starting chainmail? Wondering if it’s technique or just need to get used to it because it’s new use of pec muscles?

I’m wondering if I want to inject one extra unit the same night to do it in the same side or the opposite side?

I injected Bimix 6 units on my right side and the previous injection was 70 hours before, I also injected 6 units but left side. I use 31 gauge 5/16. I was stimulating myself to reach erection for 15 minutes and stopped to see if the medication works. But went flacid afterwards and it’s been over 40 minutes. Also perhaps to try the 1/2 inch needle to reach cc. I may not be reaching the sweet spot. I do push in just a bit into the skin with my current needle.

In my beginner steps still. Haven’t had much time for experimenting. Today I finally injected four units of Bimix. It was a good spot. After reading some comments I tried this: injected and waited about five seconds, checked for a bit of blood to enter syringe. Took the needle out and pressed the area and massage about five minutes. Half hour later still no Bimix erection. Last week I also injected four units but on the opposite side. It’s not a miss. My question is wether I could inject another unit or two after 30 minutes or should I wait another 24 hours and do 5 units?
If that doesn’t work keep going up a unit every 24 hours until I get the desired result?

I received my vial of the antidote Phenylephrine wrapped in paper in a box by ups and was held at a pickup point for a couple days. The documentation says REFRIGERATE and good for only 60 days. I searched google says in almost all standard over the counter and prescription forms Phenylephrine should not be refrigerated. It’s a little confusing. Is it to refrigerate after opening or how they made it?

I injected Bimix 2 units tonight on the left side about ten position. I pulled the needle out slowly and some blood came out but I pinched it and massaged. It did nothing. I’m using a 0.3 mL syringe with 5/16 needle. I’ve been titrating super slow. Literally started with .5 unit and then 1.5 unit and now 2. Getting used to the feeling. I’m wondering if I should try 3 or 4 units tomorrow night. Working up to the suggested 5-12 units. Since I am super flaccid to start and not easily aroused I got a cheap penis pump but it has the entry design too tight that actually requires me to be hard already. I don’t think this type of pump is for me.
Edit: however I did manage to get erect and inject while erect. I just can’t maintain an erection hard enough for penetration, yet.

When you mention start low, what exactly is a low dose? Is that half unit, one unit, two units…?
My ed is mostly psychogenic, stress, anxiety, depression and low T. Sildenafil was helping until it didn’t.
Spoke with online Doc suggested I start with Bimix 5-12 units. I’m 52. But I’ve had that Bimix in fridge for almost a month now due to fear of the priapism and that I had to mix it myself with the bacteriostatic water. So it made me nervous to use and that’s my issue with anxiety. I do have the antidote.
Haven’t started using it yet but I’ve had sex last few weeks with three different people and had three different experiences and with two it was difficult to get and keep the erection due to anxiety and stress. I had to use a cock ring as well to maintain the erection for penetration but even that it’s just short lived.
Meanwhile I was also waiting for my in person appointment with urologist who prescribed trimix T105 and start at 20 units. We had a failed trial experience where the urologist injected and nothing happened because it pooled under the skin and I haven’t received the Trimix yet. Will probably place order this week but they don’t provide antidote. So I’m wondering what has been the lowest dose that work for people, and maybe in particular who mostly had psychogenic ED?
