When People Start to Ask Where You Went...
So I run a small business. Opened during COVID and it's been going for about six years, which is pretty great! We made it past the dreaded "first five years." I started transitioning about two years into having the place. And for the first year or two, I'd get people who still came in and used male pronouns. But y'all, I'm going on year four of HRT and now people come in and ask "Where is the guy who worked here?" or "I spoke with _______ the last time I was here. Do you know where he is?"
FUCKING WEIRD AND AWESOME FEELING.
