Have you ever started an interview, and within seconds, knew you weren't going to hire the candidate...but still had to finish the interview anyway?

Perhaps you've just been curt about it and ended the interview, but have you ever had to just continue the interview knowing you were interviewing a poor fit for the role and wasting your time?

Have you ever hired someone whose resume looked average, but they impressed you instantly in conversation?

I'm curious to see how candidates' resumes are actually performing on their behalf from a hiring manager perspective.

6 Shots in...Zero Side Effects, Minimal Intended Effects

I've done four shots of Ozempic 0.25mg and just took my second 0.5mg to finish off the first box.

I haven't had any side effects whatsoever, but I'm also not noticing much in the way of intended effects, either. I've lost ~6lbs, and I'm less hungry, but given what a lot of people here say, I was expecting to feel it a bit more.

I started at 368lbs...this stuff is intended for weight loss, but surely weight has some sort of effect on efficiency...?

I have chronic back pain, spinal stenosis, and wicked inflammation, but while others rave about their reduced pain, I haven't noticed any change at all.

I know it's still early, but so far, 0.5mg has been indistinguishable from 0.25mg. does 1.0mg feel that much different? I guess I was expecting more noticeable results, weight loss and otherwise.
