Finished both games and DLC's and now feel...lost

I poured easily 200 hours into both of these games combined. It has been all I played for months (keep in mind I had work travel in between.)

Now I just don't know what to do next. I am not a completionist by nature and generally do not replay games. I do not know what other games to play. I am unsure of the benefits of NG+ and if that would be pique my interest enough or if I should wait a while and replay.

What have others done? For those that have done NG+, what excites you about it?

And for those that moved on to other games...what sort of games might you recommend?

Just finished Burning Shores...so Seyka and Aloy

I am sure this is a topic that has been discussed ad nauseum so if its not your cup of tea then move on. But as someone that has played from Horizon Zero Dawn, Frozen Wilds, straight through to Forbidden West, and then Burning Shores...I have mixed feelings on the execution of the beginning of this relationship.

To me it seems to be a little...forced? I mean this more by the writing. This may be because, compared to Frozen Wilds and definitely compared to Forbidden West as a whole it just seemed rushed. The writers make it very obvious the choice they want you to choose in the end and the direction they want you to go. I've seen her have more what felt like genuine chemistry with other characters, even female ones.

Perhaps it's just that in a game series so full of rich character relationships and dynamics...which made me sob recently at a character death, this whole romance side of BS just fell flat to me. Felt a little colorless. A little...too insta-lovey.

Perhaps I just fall in the camp that doesn't think she is quite ready for all out romance yet (even though the lady deserves it for sure.) Or maybe I just see her, in this time of her life with the burden of all these expectations, going through a genuine slow burn where she more gradually realizes feelings.

I would have spent much more time in communication. Talking to them. My god. That hit me like a ton of bricks. I am so sad. What the hell.

64 hours into the game and only on Faro's Tomb

And frankly...I don't even want to know how much of that time was waiting in stealth as I sniped machines to death.

I also feel like there are many more side quests this time around. Horizon Zero Dawn definitely like the story moved a bit faster.

Sharp severe acute pain with sudden shoulder movement - MRI shows nothing

I am at my wits end. Two years ago I was doing some military training and I was lying prone on an incline and pushed a heavy sandbag upwards with my left hand. I felt a sharp, acute pain in my left shoulder about four inches down.

Since then I had been having radiculopathy symptoms, an MRI that showed a bulged disc impinging the left nerve root in between C6 and C7. I was all set to have surgery to replace the disc last year when the radiculopathy symptoms stopped a month before. Everything seemed fine.

Months go by and I am at work where I have to repeatedly lift 70lb units, sometimes to chest level, to install them. Afterwards, I start getting this acute, debilitating pain that always hit solidly in the middle of my shoulder. It hurts so badly it will take my breath away and bring me to my knees. It only happens with rapid movement of my arm in such a way where my shoulder. This has happened even with something as simply as flinching. My range of motion has been severely impacted. I cannot reach behind me or turn my arm over without pain. Only thing that doesn't really hurt is over the head motion for the most part.

I had an MRI on the shoulder without contrast...and it showed nothing. Everything looked normal except "

Subtle undersurface fraying/degeneration of the superior labrum/biceps anchor"

I feel like I am inside. I feel like something is wrong with my shoulder and that this isn't the result of my neck. Am I crazy? I don't know how long I can stay in my job (I am a reservist but also a government contractor) with my arm the way it is. I am limited in mobility and in strength. Has anyone had anything like this?

Just started FW. All these weapon options are overwhelming

Its like the split up the ammo of a bunch. It makes my mind dizzy and even though I just wrapped up HZD a couple weeks ago, I am having to completely relearn how to play. I find myself frustrated that what used to be all ammo in one weapon is now split among a bunch with others I've never seen. And I haven't even tried any of the food stuff.

How did you all make the adjustment between the two? Any advice?
