While not quite at the level of brand new military grade weapon manufacturing, handmade weapons are still efficient for army building.

The Minutemen and Commonwealth Government have begun renovating the Boston Public Library to become the first Commonwealth University. Progress is slow, but the demand for educating settlers is incredibly important as the Commonwealth re-civilizes.
The University offers training in farming, history, technology, and building. Settlements can sponsor residents to take courses and return with what they've learned.
So far, only the main hall is done. I'd like to finish the rest, but I'll be away for some time, so enjoy!
Looking for new settlement location mods to expand a bit, any suggestions? So far I have Lakeside Cabin and Fairline Hills and they’re both great and good quality.
I plan on showing off the whole build soon, but really wanted to highlight this specific portion. I love this style of building, junky but sturdy. The gun store is probably one of my favorite things i've ever built, enjoy!
I wanted to mix it up from normal and build a medieval style post apocalyptic village, but I just do not feel inspired with the build style. Will probably end up going for a more junky-fallout 4 style instead. Didn't want this building to go to waste though!
I could have sworn Snappy House Kit let you do it, but it only has concrete/ brick church pieces that I can see and I want the plank style here. Any ideas?
For reference, I myself don’t own a cat. The cats in my neighborhood have been using my car as a bridge to hop over a wall behind my house.
That’s all fine and dandy, I didn’t mind some cat prints on my hood, but it now appears I’m wrapped up in some kind of turf war as they’ve started peeing/ spraying my hood/ windshield and now when I turn the AC on it smells like pee. Then this morning, I go out, and there’s poop right on the vent that pulls in air for the AC.
This has to stop, but I don’t really know what to do to keep them either off my car or from at the very least using it as their bathroom. The car never sits either, as I drive every day. Any advice?
After the destruction of the Institute, refugees were taken to the relatively unused Fairline Hill Estates. What started off as a prison camp slowly turned into a thriving settlement. While there is still much to do, the Institute survivors are slowly rebuilding under the eye of the Minutemen. Fearing resentment, the settlement has been fully integrated into the United Commonwealth, hosting their own militia division and providing much needed knowledge to the settlements.
The Minutemen Ranger Corp have taken command of a once abandoned radio station. Far from the Castle and on the Northern Frontier of the United Commonwealth, this outpost provides key communication abilities to the North Western settlements. Enjoy!
I wanted to experiment with making a "setpiece" city where I only focus on one area and then populate the rest with random exterior buildings. I think it turned out well.
