NRG Gen 2.0 QR Compatibility
It just works 🤣 i found SO much conflicting information online about which qr’s work / which ones don’t / what adapters you need blah blah blah, im here to tell you if you have a moza wheelbase (im sure this works for any wheelbase that uses this design as well) then all you need to look for in a quick release is one that is is d1 style and 6 ball top 4 ball bearing bottom layout, it will connect straight to the base no adapter needed. nrg short hubs are not compatible, they are used in vehicles to reduce length of the column, does nothing for sim racing. ive attached pictures of the qr that came with my R3 and the NRG Gen 2.0 Quick Release (NRG-SRK-200CF) they are identical mechanically, i’ll even say the nrg qr feels far more quality than the moza one, goes on / off so much smoother.
