After battery and rust issues, I faced another one. While riding in light rain, the bike bumped on a speed bump and my front mudguard broke, not at the extension part, but the original piece.
It was probably the worst day because all the rainwater totally destroyed my shoes and the lower part of my jeans.s.
So mine is an August 2021 model RS, one of the first in Hyderabad, as per the center. I had zero issues when I was using it daily for my commute, but I shifted to NCR three years back, and it has been running a little less.

Two years ago, the battery died, and I got it replaced.
Then, one year ago, the battery died again. I got it checked by a local mechanic. The battery was not charging, so I got the alternator replaced. It worked fine for months. During winter, it again saw less use, so when I tried starting it in May, it started once, but after shutting off the ignition, it refused to start again. I got it checked again; the issue was with the ACM (as per the mechanic)—two big dents in less than 12 months.

Now it was running fine, and due to recent rain, I didn't use it for 10-12 days. It started once, but then it failed me right at the fuel pump station. I got it jump-started thanks to a kind guy and just reached home.

Now I am not sure what the problem is. I have no USB charging that could be draining the battery. I do have MadDog aux lights, but they are only turned on when the ignition is in the ON state.

I am dubious about the reliability, especially concerning the battery now. It won't even start with a push start (we tried a lot in both 2nd and 3rd gear).
