Hi! As some of you know (from my previous post here), I am a new owner of a chaco golden knee! My first T, Zooble. She has been holed up in her hide and just chilling. I have left her be. I also fed her a cricket and I believe she ate it.
Anyway, I figured she could use more foliage so i got her some fake leaf litter and such yesterday.
Today, I noticed my ring finger was itching. I look and notice multiple tiny bumps. They are not red, but they do look like tiny blisters/papules. They dont itch super bad and have shrunk in size since this morning.
So it made me wonder if some of my Ts urticating hairs got on me, even though she was still in her hide? (She has sealed her hide off with dirt and has not been out for me to see since.
If so, what are recommendations? Should i just wear gloves? I knew about these hairs but didnt know if they still affected you even with the T hiding.
Or i guess it is a black comedy?
Edit: thanks everyone! Never knew it also being called a "black comedy". Definitely am more used to the term being a comedy made by and for POC.
I mean i figured it was dark comedy but i also thought of it humorously and as a pun. I hope i didnt come off as offensive or ignorant.
