[WANTED] Looking for a 1BR/1BA Apartment or ADU in LA – $2,700 Max | Early December Move-In
Hi everyone! I’m currently searching for a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment or ADU with a move-in date around the first week of December. My maximum budget is $2,700/month.
I’m hoping to find a safe, centrally located neighborhood that still offers easy access to the beach. Ideally, I’d love a place with in-unit laundry, modern appliances, plenty of natural light, and secure off-street parking. Being close to EV charging stations, preferably DC fast chargers, is also a big plus!
I’m considering Playa del Rey, Marina del Rey, Venice, Culver City, or potentially staying in the South Bay.
I work in the music industry and travel frequently for work, so being relatively close to LAX would be ideal. I’m also drawn to quieter, charming, walkable neighborhoods with cute streets, great coffee shops, and restaurants nearby.
Would love any recommendations, leads, or suggestions on specific buildings or neighborhoods worth checking out!
