I've been on 100 mg spironolactone,it helped but I still get some cystic acne on my neck.Would it be helpful to add a combo birth control?Anyone on spiro and bc finding it more effective than spiro alone?

I've been using rogaine foam for very long time but it's so expensive,I want to switch to liquid but I heard lots of anecdotal stories about people shedding,losing progress after switching from foam to liquid or liquid to foam. Would I lose my progress?What are your experiences?
