Fireworks Waffle?

This "Fireworks Waffle" is not edible. I would have enjoyed it if it had strawberry and blueberry, even in a dry form (but preferably fresh). Wtf is this red and blue stuff on the top is made of? I tried a bit and my tongue is still burning.

Duties via email/sms

FedEx sent an email and an SMS about a package that was delivered a few weeks back. Is that a new norm for the US international deliveries? Where to find rates and how they calculate these charges? They impose $18 change, again, way after the fact, for a package containing a book, which was sent from Turkey.
