Do you feel like the fitbit sleep score is just useless? I have had the band for a few days so its not yet fully calibrated, but the sleep scores i have gotten are not hyping me up :D

For example last night i slept super bad. Woke up multiple times and i am dead tired. When i opened the band app the app just says ”86 good” there is no way on a scale 0-100 that i slept 86. Also none of my wake ups are registered. Morning i even opened the google health app looked at it and went back to sleep for ~30min. Sleep was recorded awake time not.

Edit: After a workout the app asks me on a scale 1-10 how hard was the training. Why couldnt you input more info to sleep like how many times did you wake up and remember the wake up in the morning etc. Ofc the things it asks have to be somewhat vague otherwise users would input emotional data and it could scew up the data.

The title sums it up but here is a longer explanation:
I have this keychron keyboard: Keychron K1 MAX QMK/VIA Wireless RGB Hot Swap Low

When im on bluetooth mode the keyboard double presses buttons really frequently, but it is not the common same letter after the other. For example writing this: i wrote double but the keyboard typed doduble -> so i have time to press another button in between the keyboard sends the double press.

I have tried this on two windows 11 computers and it happens on both. If it matters one is my own pc and the other is a really high end engineering laptop.

What should I do? I have not updated the keychron firmware or keychron bluetooth drivers. If my gut feeling is correct updating those would be the first step, but I have no idea which driver I should use from here: https://www.keychron.com/pages/keychron-firmware-for-k1
Is it the v5 or is v5 some kind of a updated version of the original K1 or what?

Also for the bluetooth drivers the site says: "Note: If everything works fine with your keyboard. Please don’t update the bluetooth firmware. There is a chance it can damage your keyboard." What and/or how could I break the physical keyboard with the bluetooth driver installation?

Im thinking of buying an old mt03 which are the 660cc single cylinder ones. The one im currently looking at has ~60k kms. What type of maintenance history should i expect or what should have been done to it? Magically the cluster/dashboard screen works 😃 which i know is a typical problem with these bikes..

Just the typical checking and adjusting valves etc? Any mt03 specific stuff i need to be considering?
