The weight it holds is as heavy as rice paper

“When I see you my heart shakes”

This is real; from my soul
I don’t want to go back to reality
I just live out our dream life; in my dreams
Then I wake up to my Sad & Lonely life
Until I get the chance to see your face again

I’m not obsessed and I’m not escaping
You planted your flag down
And claimed a part of my heart
I had no time to react
The feeling was

A true soul connection

It was hard to believe
I already questioned my own belief
I didn’t push forward

You make me weak
I can feel your presence when you walk in the room
I go from bold & out-loud
To shy & timid
If I was blessed with the opportunity to hold your hand I might pass out

You make me feel like I’m inhaling the greatest ski slope of my life

I struggle, a lot
Mentally, physically, and financially
I can never get my shit together
Everyday is a new opportunity
Just to ruin it
I’m weak
I thought I was ahead of the times
But I was really last season

All I can give you is my heart

What you show her isn’t love

You put her down in public
You struggle to express her positives
And only focus on her negatives
I hope you treat her better in private

She was your backup plan
You couldn’t score her roommate

Not old enough to buy a drink but love was committed
