I have been living in Nikoo Homes Apartment for some time now and observed that some residents blatantly tell delivery boys to not enter passenger lift and take service lift instead.

I don't see any rule by authority that says delivery boys are not allowed to enter passenger lift. Also, if you live in Nikoo Homes you'll realise that the lifts are slow and inadequate to cater the volume of people living there, if they wait for service lift at times it takes more than 10 minutes to just travel in lift. (Quick Commerce USP gone for a toss).

My point is if they don't create any issue, if there is no laws by the society authorities, why are some "classist, racist, egoist" society people doing this? Just because you got a 2bhk on EMI or even worse living on rent, how come you are entitled to do such pity things.
