Need some help!
Hi all, I hope my question does belong here! I'm not at all sure about my choices. For example, the two ikea billys, should they be lighter oak, or this darker shade? Shouldn't they match the tv stand in color? Does the lighter coloured tv stand work? Should it match the coffee table, the floors? Are my color choices for the couches ok? I worry the combination is too much, but I really want something colorful! The second photo is my plan for the kitchen (it is open on the living room and behind the teal couch).

The flooring will be changed too, haven't started thinking about it yet, but probably tiles. And the right-side peninsula will be a bit shorter than on the photo.

Looking for ideas!
Do any of these work? Which is better? I am intending to also change the elements to light oat color instead of white, but haven't been able to integrate it here.

J'ai fait une offre pour un appartement et elle a été acceptée il y a 1 mois. Depuis, le compromis n'a pas encore été signé, et a chaque fois que je relance, l'agent immobilier me dit qu'il va faire ceci, va faire cela (comme contacter les vendeurs, les notaires), que les documents sont normalement déjà tous là, qu'il va me rappeller et puis rien.
Ma notaire me dit qu'un mois n'est pas un délai déraisonnable. Mais je me demande quand même, puisque l'offre acceptée est un peu en dessous du prix demandé.
Donc, quels sont les délais habituels entre acceptation d'offre et signature du compromis ?
Je voulais revisiter l'appart avant la signature. Serait-il une bonne idée d'y aller avec quelqu'un ? Y a-t-il des professionnels pour cela qui sauraient me conseiller ?
