Im an online highschool student so im going to in person school for the first time in 3 years. Im a little nervous but also excited. I am going for welding btw. I used to be bullied in school but im not really worried about that as most people are going to be older than me and most people there are just there to get their certificate/degree and dip. Title but also i have dietary restrictions. Cant have milk eggs or any nuts. What should i realistically be eating in a day? Breakfast lunch and dinner
