I can't be the only one who's seen these kinds of street interview reels on Instagram where the person offers people a cash incentive to make a phone call along these lines. The two I've seen the most are:

A. Call one of your parents and tell them you love them.
B. Call your crush and ask them out.

Both of these have to be done without giving the context that it's for money.

Would your character(s) accept either of these challenges? How would the phone call go if they do? Either write up a scene or just let us know from your perspective as their writer!

So I've read a good deal of comments already from lurking here that it seems people really like things like Kinktober to be posted as one-shots and put together in either a series or collection but I'm still curious about this because as an author 99% of the smut I write is for the same ship. If it's an entire Kinktober worth of prompts that are all the same ship, does that change your preference for how it's posted at all?

Asking because last year I posted my Kinktober shots as a compilation where each chapter is a prompt. The stats on it are very good in my opinion but I learned AO3 has a tag limit so I can't really keep adding to it. I'm trying to plan how to move forward with this year's postings and if I should try posting as one-shots in a collection or do another compilation.

I have a plot bunny that I'd love to work on and turn into a real story, but I'm a little stuck on the structure and honestly what kinds of conflict and small side-stories I could do in addition to the main idea. I'd love to check out some stories that focus on what life is like in a pop star music group for inspiration. Self-recs are welcome too!

The fic I want to write will be focused on a Japanese-based group and I have a pretty good knowledge of KPop (though I don't really read fanfics for it, I'm just a listener) so those are preferred but I'll take recs of whatever music related stuff to look into. The base concept is the pop group will be going on their first world tour and there's romance between one of the singers and a staff member but outside of their shenanigans and eventually the media finding out I'm not sure what else could be happening during their travels.
