Grocery stores open on Canada Day?
I’m visiting Quebec City and just realized we forgot to grab groceries yesterday. I’m sure all the big grocers are closed but are there any open today that are well stocked/ not convenience stores?

Street parking sign meaning
Hello! I’m visiting QC and was told this street parking sign means I can park for free overnight until 9 am. Is that correct? If I wanted to remain parked there for longer what do I do? I don’t see any parking meters nearby.

Roof rack help
I bought my 2016 RAV4 about five years ago from a dealership and it came equipped with crossbars that I pretty much haven’t touched since owning it.
I bought a cargo box however and I want to make sure the bars are installed properly but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get them undone.
Anyone familiar with these and have a manual to point me to? Do I need a special tool to get it open?
