Direct subject-related admission
Hello, I stumbled across OVGU while doing my research of possible enrollment into universities for Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences (on English). From what I understood it’s a fairly new program there.
I am from Serbia, just finished secondary nursing school (4y), and I contacted uni-assist regarding this. They told me to go to Anabin, but I got the same results as I did on their site - “Direct subject-related admission”.
Personally I believe there are a lot of subjects I had that are related to Biomedical sciences, but it’s not my call to make, of course.
I maintained a perfect GPA of 5.00/5.00 throughout all four years of secondary school and achieves the same on my matura - final exams.
It wasn’t possible for me to apply earlier as I got my documents last week and got them translated into English.
The deadline is 15th of July.
What even are my chances of getting in?
Is it possible to send my documents by email so that they can check whether I’m eligible before I submit a formal application?
Honestly, a direct “no” would’ve been less disappointing than “Direct subject-related admission”, now I only have hope.
