I got accepted to an accelerator program and I am stuck on day 1

As part of the program my first week goal is customer discovery and validating real demand for the product. They said not to talk to friends and family because their responses could be biased as they want to help and support me. Makes sense, but my startup is a street parking discovery app, think of it like Waze but for parking.

So how does this actually work for me? Am I supposed to stand on the street and walk up to strangers as they get in or out of their cars, hang around car parks or DM people on social media?

Lost on the format here. How did you do your first customer interview especially for a consumer product?

Does anyone know how long it takes for apple to move your individual developer account to company account? I submitted the form with my DUNS number about 10 days ago and still no response. Android converted my account in 3 days.

I am gonna throw my phone in the river after posting this

A few weeks back I was ranting here about finding street parking in Dublin. Look at my Google maps screenshots, I literally pin the street parking locations and make notes to add details like when is it free to park, etc. The other green markers are from when I pinned a location on the map so I don’t forget where I parked, forgot to unpin of course. Total mess! If you don’t drive in the city, you wouldn’t know. Maybe it’s just my problem and others don’t struggle.

Now this is where I get banned. Haha I spent the last few weeks building a community driven app that solves this problem once and forever. I dropped hundreds of pins myself and it feels like magic to see the colours of the markers change from blue to green when the parking gets free.

Before crushing this post, please note I am not selling anything. The app is not even live, it just sits on my phone. Even if I made it public it will be free. What I am looking for is some feedback from people who drive. I will also appreciate if some of you could be one of the first users to try and test this app. I am just trying to build something that is genuinely useful.

"I’ll send the photos later." Nobody sends the photos later.

So I built a digital disposable camera for events, trips, or just friends hanging out together.

Host creates an event in 60 seconds, gets a QR code or a link. Guests join on their phone’s browser and use their phone's real camera, and get a strict photo limit (5–30 depending on tier). No app, no account, no filters. No peeking, not even the host sees the album until the event ends, then it drops for everyone at once. Decided to auto delete photos after 14 days, wondering if this was a good decision or should I allow more time to download?

Built it over the last few weeks. Looking for some feedback. If not, at least roast it.
