Professional economist here happy to answer any questions you might have about economics, financial markets or anything else.
I do wear a Patagonia vest and play squash so some of the stereotypes about finance people are true.
Hi! I'm planning on proposing later this month when my partner and I go to Italy! We chose to go to Puglia and staying and a stylish old hotel (Don Ferrante) with a private terrace.
I'm thinking this will be the itinerary - already spoke to the hotel to reserve the hotel at night before dinner and got a photographer for the day of.
8 AM Morning Easy run / breakfast
11 AM Late morning–early afternoon Boat tour + swim
2:00 PM Light lunch
3:30–4:30 PM Beach / Couples Massage
5:15 PM Shower/change
6:00 PM Terrace “aperitivo” proposal // Champagne/photos/private moment and the hotel is helping to provide flowers
7:00 PM Romantic dinner
I'm just worried this is too "generic"? We'll be travelling around Europe for a week prior and got a bunch of fun things planned but wanted to get someone else's opinion. Thanks! Also taking recs for dinner in Monopoli that day!

Hi there - American couple going to Paris in June. Thinking of doing more interesting things besides the museum tours like a magic show or other things like that - any help is appreciated!
