Jabra Evolve2 65 mic dead in Teams only – Windows 11 25H2, Teams 26106, Jabra Direct up to date
Hey everyone,
posting this as a standalone report since I'm seeing this issue pop up in multiple threads without a clear resolution.
Setup:
- Jabra Evolve2 65
- Windows 11 25H2
- Microsoft Teams 26106.1906.4665.7308 (latest as of May 2026)
- Jabra Direct installed and up to date
- Corporate M365 environment
Symptom: Microphone works perfectly on mobile and in every other app on the laptop. The moment a Teams call starts, Teams receives zero mic input. Windows Sound Settings show the mic is active and picking up audio — Teams just doesn't receive it. Mute/unmute via headset buttons is recognized by Teams, but irrelevant since no audio gets through anyway. Speaker works fine in Teams throughout.
Already tried:
- Driver reinstall
- Teams reinstall
- Jabra Direct reinstall
- Replacement unit (same behavior)
- Multiple restarts
Just opened a Microsoft support ticket. Has anyone found a reliable fix or workaround?
