This year I was diagnosed with MDD/PTSD and ADHD. The mental health service I went to started me with Cymbalta(an SNRI) and Strattera.
After about a month, the Strattera wasnt working for me so they sent me over to an ADHD specialist because they can’t prescribe schedule two drugs. The Cymbalta though was working amazingly for my depression but I had negative sexual side effects(slight erectile dysfunction and difficulty orgasming) so I asked if I could switch to Wellbutrin for my depression. I was switched to Wellbutrin right about the same time I started on Adderall.
Now its been about five weeks since I’ve been on Wellbutrin and Adderall. My sexual side effects are completely gone BUT Wellbutrin hasnt been noticeably as effective for my depression/anxiety. My depression is certainly better than when I wasnt on any medication at all, but I do wish I felt as great as I did when I was on Cymbalta. I just dont want the negative sexual side effects.
I have heard that stimulants can have positive sexual side effects, so Im wondering. Can my Adderall prescription counteract negative sexual side effects if I were to go back to an SSRI/SNRI.
Also, is it common to be on Wellbutrin, an SSRI, and a stimulant at the same time?
I essentially would love to have this flower 1:1 down to the colors. But I feel like this piece isn’t generic enough to ask an artist to do that. How do I go about saying I want this exact tattoo… without saying it? I dont mind if little parts of it are changed like adding lines to the empty leaves or even changing the shape of the petals, but I want it to be nearly identical to this. Would that be acceptable?
