There wasn’t a relationship. No attachment no commitment, nothing serious. But for some reason, I still find myself missing her sometimes.

The weird part is that I don’t even know what I miss. We weren’t together, and it’s not like we had some deep connection. Yet certain days she just pops into my head.

I’ve never really been good at trusting people, so maybe that’s part of it. Maybe it’s loneliness, maybe it’s regret, maybe it’s just my brain romanticizing something that never existed.
