Freezing broth?

I'm considering making a big batch of pho and then freezing the broth in containers so I can have some fairly quickly when the family and I get a craving. Does anyone else do this? I do this with chicken stock but am curious if there's anything special about pho that I need to consider?

TIA

ACC and LKAS issues

So I've seen some people have this issue and was wondering if others have and what their outcome was?

2019 Odyssey, suddenly I'm getting errors for LKAS and ACC and collision avoidance not working. Sometimes after I start the car everything goes green and works, other times I get those errors right away and nothing does.

Had the shop check it when I took it in for the oil change. They ran their 'reader' on it and cleared errors and said they can't get it to show the issue again.. cost me $275... the second I take it off the lot a couple of blocks away it does it again...They checked the battery and alternator and it came back clean.

Anyone have this issue? What did it turn out to be? I made sure the camera behind the rear view was clean and I even did a headlight restoration and made sure the front emblem was clean in case it was a radar thing. SUPER frustrating.

Ally Z1 - opinions wanted

Buying an Ally Z1 from my brother for $200. He'd rather do a steam deck .

It's pretty lightly used and he got it in winter '24 so it's only about 1.5 years old.

I'm mainly a PC gamer, BF6 type stuff, some hell divers 2, that kind of stuff. I've seen YouTube clips of it playing BF6 but I don't know if it was the Z1E processor in that unit or not

I know this isn't the best unit out there but wondering what it will realistically handle. Halo infinite?

This will probably get fairly light use as well. Just wondering opinions, experiences etc.

TIA
