Currently a wip. This battleship is designed as a replacement to the older Kikura class battleships and bears a resemblance to the Japanese Navy's Kongou class battleships, however the Hanahaki lacks an aft aircraft catapult and has different 40 cm turrets. The name Hanahaki refers to a fictional fatal disease that causes flowers to grow in the lungs of those in love yet suppress those feelings, this name was chosen after the commissioning Admiral passed away from mysterious circumstances without telling the woman he loved that he loved her, this fact was discovered while clearing his office and discovering a love letter he wrote but never sent. The name is a haunting reminder of those who serve in the Gold Comet navy without confessing their love and those who give their lives in service of the Gold Comet Empire that suppress their feelings.

I created a few different mission packages one would find being used by the Velvet class destroyers including but not limited to

Standard fleet operations

Sea plane carrier

Boarding/landing operations

And missile launch platform

A highly customizable vessel designed to undertake incredibly niche missions, the aft crane is used to remove the torpedo launcher and aft gun turrets and place specialized mission packages such as aircraft and catapults, missile launchers, boarding craft or even top secret supplies. The Velvet class destroyers prioritize speed and maneuverability over armor and artillery and can easily be identified by specific paint patterns on their aft hull

A wip super warship, main batteries consist of 6 twin mount 80 cm gun turrets and her total length is 1092 meters (1.092 kilometers)

I've posted quite a few art works from many other artists but never one of my own, so I chose to draw Velvette (I'm more of a traditional artist ie. pen and paper) as the fast battleship Kirishima from Arpeggio of blue steel (the second image is the frame of reference used from the opening title sequence of the anime) I chose Kirishima because like Velvette hides how crazy she is until a breaking point and they both hate being toyed with in a fight. Also I feel like Kirishima's (anime) outfit works with Velvette (Kirishima was introduced with a completely different outfit in the manga)

The Uhashio class auxiliary ships are behemoth mobile dry docks capable of servicing any ship in the Gold Comet fleet including the titan Vatura class super battleships, the central bay is 70 meters wide and 500 meters long, total size so far is 500 m long, 130 m beam and (not shown) a height of 32 m. At the bow is a Chitosa (130 meters long) to show how wide it is so far
