Online stores that don't say where they ship from

I am trying to preorder some fabric but the only place I can find it doesn't say where they ship from!!! There also isn't a shipping rates table!!

Neither the About Us nor the FAQ sections answer this either! I even went to the shop's Instagram and it's not listed there! At this point, I'm not buying from them even if I can figure out where they're located.

I am in the US but I will buy this fabric from wherever- I just want an idea of shipping times and rates without having to put the fabric in my cart and start the check out process.

How are you going to be an online store and neglect to mention where you ship from!!!!

Lab to put lenses in vintage glasses

I recently bought a super cool pair of vintage Christian Dior glasses. I need to get prescription lenses put in them, so I was wondering what optometry offices you suggest that would be super gentle and knowledgeable about which lab to send these to.

thanks!

My coworker is also autistic but less socially aware and less masking than me. She presents much more stereotypically autistic than I do and I notice that people react differently to her. She is much older than me and far less concerned with "fitting in" or maintaining an appearance. She is farther along in her career than me. We were pretty good work friends for a while.

A situation kind of spiraled out between her and another coworker and my autistic coworker came out of the situation looking much worse than the other coworker despite neither of them really being in the wrong.

The situation that spiraled out is one that I am peripherally involved in. What I am really, really struggling with is that I have to work incredibly hard to not react the way my coworker did. I completely follow her logic, my impulse would be to react how she reacted, and I still see why in a NT work environment it was read completely different than how she intended. I have been defending her to other coworkers.

I am being praised for my responses to the situation and it is actually playing into a promotion I will get next quarter. One of my managers actually thanked me for taking up a different strategy than my coworker.

I feel like kind of a terrible person for this. I feel like I am playing a game and deceiving everyone; my autistic coworker because I am "acting NT" and being rewarded for it and my managers because they are ignorant of the fact that I would much prefer to act like my coworker.

everything is hard and I don't know what I am looking for with this post. How do you all balance this knowing of both worlds?
