Need help choosing an all-rounder

Unsure on who to pick as the only all-rounder I've really played/enjoyed is Pawmot or Suicune, if it helps narrow it I really enjoy tanky annoying mons, also included my most played.

I'm leaning towards Dhelmise or Ageislash atm unless anyone has better suggestions as I haven't played any of these mons.

EDIT: i picked Dhelmise for hook shenanigans, thanks for the recs! Will definitely take them into consideration for my next lp :)

Best tank/defender?

I've mostly played Articuno this season but I've noticed a lot of people saying it's trash and not worth playing and now it's getting another nerf to it's blizzard cd. I obviously don't want to throw pick in ranked so what's another mon that is tanky and has sustain while being able to control fights? I basically just like being annoying and unkillable while peeling for others.

Bit the bullet finally, what are some things I should buy/know?

Been eyeing this for months and with the recent announcement of a price hike i thought I'd lock one in so here we are! Any useful videos on setups, accessories or just general tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not super tech savvy but I did have a Steamdeck and now own a Legion Go Z2E so fingers crossed I'll be okay for tinkering!

Saving for Zibai, what artifacts for Illuga/Bina?

Obviously I know Zibai's set, I have C6 Bina, C6 Linnea, C6 Illuga.

Unsure if I should keep Bina on SMS or swap her to Aubade, and give Illuga SMS. Or is he better on 2pc2pc? Also how much ER does he need at C6?
