I have 3 Syngonium wendlandii that are rooting like crazy. Since I only have the three cuttings and would like a filler plant should I cut where I have marked on the photos? Or should I let it grow than prop more from the plant?

I water propagates 2 types of pepperomia. This is the first time it has worked for me. How do I transfer to soil? Do I leave the original stem on?
I have know one to share my excitement with so I've reached out to Reddit lol. Begonias are one of my favorite plants and I had a beautiful deep red rex begonia. All of its leaves dropped and I thought it was dead. Its still alive and has the cutest tiniest little leaf!!!!!!!!
